Torshare's operations team recently visited Mileleap Die-Casting Factory in northern Vietnam, a key node in the firm's Shenzhen-Huizhou-Vietnam manufacturing network. The plant has been steadily ramping up capacity and now offers full-chain in-house production from die-casting to finished goods, strengthening supply chain resilience for Torshare's global LED lighting business.

The workshop features multiple cold-chamber die-casting machines with robotic arms and automatic ladling, producing LED heat sinks, lamp panels, and brackets. Workers remove castings and conduct self-inspections while supervisors ensure smooth operations. Safety walkways and organized storage maintain an orderly, brisk pace.

Rough castings move to post-processing for deburring, grinding, and surface checks. The workflow is tight, with semi-finished goods moving quickly. Semi-automated deburring is being tested for standard products, and the operations team praised inspection thoroughness while urging faster automation pilots for stable batches.

The warehouse zones store die-cast parts systematically: heat-sink plates stacked with protective film, frames in cages, all labeled with product, batch, and status. Most items are final-inspected and await shipment. Aisles are spacious, and the team reviewed inventory turnover, shipping, and ERP usage, commending warehouse standardization.

Mileleap is ramping up output as scheduled, leveraging its Vietnam location to offer a complete manufacturing chain from casting to shipping. It produces aluminum LED parts and coordinates with Shenzhen HQ on raw materials, mold maintenance, and process optimization to meet global standards. The visit provided firsthand insights for capacity planning and upgrades, and the plant's full-chain capabilities will further solidify Torshare's overseas manufacturing through lean and scale improvements.
