Recently, Torshare Vietnam (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Torshare Tech) hosted a Mid-Autumn Festival event themed "Full Moon, Deep Bonds – Uniting as One" locally. The event aimed not only to help employees relieve stress and boost morale but also to use the traditional Chinese festival as a bridge for cross-cultural communication. It allowed Vietnamese employees to immerse themselves in the charm of Chinese folk culture, translating the parent company's "people-oriented" ethos into a warm connection that transcends borders.

On the day, amidst colorful flags, the lively sound of drums and gongs marked the beginning. An agile and vigorous dragon and lion dance performance kicked off the festivities. Many employees promptly took out their phones, cameras closely following the lion head's every leap, eager to capture and share the vibrant scene. Amidst the enthusiastic interaction and laughter, cultural barriers quietly dissolved.

The tug-of-war competition brought the atmosphere to a climax. Each synchronized pull represented a meeting of minds, as teammates' heartbeats resonated and spirits connected. Hierarchical boundaries vanished here, with every member becoming an indispensable part of the united rope. Everyone gripped the long rope tightly, pooling their full strength and determination, striving together towards a common goal. Beads of sweat glistening from exertion, faces flushed with effort, and radiant smiles born of collaboration – all these elements formed genuinely moving moments, embodying Torshare Vietnam's spirit of "united strength."

In the final results, the "Photoelectric Team" claimed the championship with an undefeated record. The "Giant Team" and "Full Power Team" secured second and third place respectively, while the "Heart Team" received the "Team Spirit Award" for their exemplary cooperation.

Following the cultural performances, a heartfelt Mid-Autumn segment took place. Company leaders presented mooncake gift boxes, filled with cultural significance, to the employees. This special surprise brought great warmth to the Vietnamese colleagues, who expressed their joy and gratitude in simple, sincere language – a genuine acknowledgment of the Chinese enterprise's humanistic care.

As an overseas subsidiary of Shenzhen Torshare Technology Co., Ltd., this event not only deeply integrated Vietnamese employees into Torshare's corporate culture but also strengthened their sense of identification with the Chinese enterprise.
